1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you," "your") and pak55 ("we," "us," "our," "the platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any wager on pak55, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

pak55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pak55 immediately and close your account. Use of the platform is a voluntary choice, and continued use means ongoing acceptance of these conditions.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a pak55 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing pak55 voluntarily, as a form of personal entertainment.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout your time on the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial arrangement.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from pak55.
• You must not have an existing active pak55 account. Each player is permitted one account only.

pak55 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point, including during withdrawal processing or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your pak55 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any security codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that takes place under your account login — including deposits, bets, withdrawals and any account changes — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, you must contact pak55 support immediately so the account can be secured.

pak55 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials, or where the player has shared their credentials with another person.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on pak55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are generally processed and credited to your pak55 balance within minutes for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfer and card deposit processing times may vary. pak55 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment arrangements — the payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. pak55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding verification requirements.

• pak55 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
• pak55 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player and returned to the gaming balance before processing is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pak55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The required multiplier and eligible games are listed per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is eligible for a particular bonus once only.
• Minimum deposit: Some bonuses require a minimum PKR deposit to activate. This is stated in the promotion details.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded.

Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using irregular betting patterns to exploit promotions, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings and suspension of the account.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The pak55 sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your betting history. Do not assume a bet has been placed simply because you have clicked a selection.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds changes: Live in-play odds change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you request a bet may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately confirmed. You may choose to accept any odds change or decline and have your stake returned.
• Void bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period or if a market is determined to have been offered in error, bets on that event or market will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL and Pakistan cricket: All PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets are settled on official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned matches will be voided unless a result has been officially declared.
• Suspicious activity: pak55 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is evidence of match manipulation, use of automated betting software or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit pricing errors.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on pak55 — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and other titles — are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) information accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's system records, which are considered final. pak55 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet disconnections on the player's side.

If a game malfunctions or a technical error results in an incorrect display of winnings, pak55 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and return the applicable stakes to the player. Displayed winnings resulting from a clear malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak55. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, cancellation of balances and potential permanent ban:

• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using someone else's payment account for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through platform transactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the pak55 platform.
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access your account or use the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

pak55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or at the player's own request.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pak55 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding checks are completed.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pak55 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit those balances entirely.

10 Responsible Gaming

pak55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their activity in a healthy and controlled way. These tools are available within your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month.

12 Limitation of Liability

pak55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak55 excludes all liability for:

• Interruptions to service due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
